What Is the Bulk Buy Club?

Normally, the best pricing on equipment sourced from overseas suppliers only comes with big orders — a full container's worth. Most individual buyers can't get anywhere near that volume on their own, so they end up paying retail markups instead.

The Bulk Buy Club solves this by combining many individual buyers into a single bulk order. YaadExpress pools every member's order together, negotiates supplier pricing based on the full combined volume, and imports it all as one shipment. Everyone in the batch gets the same bulk-level price — something none of us could get buying alone.

How It Works

1. A Bulk Buy Club batch opens. We identify a product with strong demand and source a quote directly from a trusted overseas supplier.
2. You reserve your slot. A small reservation fee secures your spot in the batch. It's credited toward your total price, not an extra charge.
3. The batch fills. Every batch has a minimum number of members needed to fill a shipping container (the MOQ). The more people who join, the sooner it fills.
4. Deposit is collected. Once the batch is confirmed, members pay a deposit (typically 25% of the total price, with the reservation fee counted toward it).
5. We place the bulk order. With everyone's deposits in, we place one consolidated order with the supplier.
6. Balance is paid before shipping. The remaining balance is due before the container leaves the origin country.
7. Delivery. The shipment clears Jamaica Customs and is distributed to each member.

The Bulk Buy Club works best for heavy, bulky, or high-duty items where freight and import savings really add up when shared across a full container — think solar systems, generators, water tanks, air conditioning units, and similar equipment. Good to Know

• Deposits are non-refundable once a batch's cutoff date has passed — only join a batch you're ready to follow through on.
• Bulk Buy Club orders take longer than a normal order. We wait for the batch to fill before shipping — that wait is what makes the bulk pricing possible.
• Components may not be pre-assembled. Depending on the product, some batches ship as parts/components rather than fully assembled units. Always check the specific product listing for details.
• Same quality, better price. You're not compromising on the product — you're just buying it alongside other people instead of alone.
