- Club doesn’t reach its target? Full refund after 30 days. Balance not paid within 7 days of the club filling? Your spot is released and 50% is refunded. Once the supplier order is placed, your payment is committed.

What exactly is a Buyer’s Club?
A group of Jamaicans buying the same product together so we can order at factory volume.
Why does buying together reduce the price?
Suppliers price by quantity, and one shared shipment costs less per unit than many small ones.
How long does a Buyer’s Club stay open?
Until it hits its target or its closing date — both shown on every club.
What happens if the club doesn’t reach its target?
Your deposit is refunded after 30 days.
When do I pay the balance?
Your JMD 25,000 membership is credited toward your purchase. Once the club reaches its target, we send your Zoho invoice for the balance, due within 7 days. Orders of US$2,000 or more (like our solar systems) can pay in two parts: 70% before we place the factory order and the remaining 30% before shipping. Every order must be paid in full before it ships. If the balance isn’t paid in time, your spot goes to the waitlist and 50% of your membership is refunded.
Is my deposit refundable?
If the club doesn’t reach its target, you get a full refund after 30 days. If your balance isn’t paid within 7 days of the club filling, your spot is released and 50% of your membership is refunded. Once the supplier order is placed, your payment is committed to the purchase.
How do I know the supplier is legitimate?
We vet every supplier, check samples, and show the process on Behind the Buy.
Who handles shipping and customs?
We do, in-house — freight, customs clearance and delivery in Jamaica.
How long does delivery to Jamaica take?
It varies by product. Once the club closes, you can track every stage — factory, shipping and customs — and we send weekly updates until your order arrives.
Can businesses join, or join more than one club?
Yes to both. Businesses can reserve multiple units.
